THE TRACT:  162.53 Acres (+/-) consists of 146.36 Acres (+/-) Dry Cropland with 70.3 Acres (+/-) that have been irrigated under a pivot that belongs to the adjoining landowner to the West. The Cropland on this tract is predominantly Holdrege & Hall Silt Loam soils with county road access along the South side & Hwy 18 along the East side. The 15.42 Acres (+/-) Grass in the Northwest corner does not have a water source or West boundary fence.

TERMS:  The purchaser shall make a 20% earnest deposit the day of the auction. The balance due at Closing on or before December 20, 2018.
